As a leader in the Citi Banamex project, I oversee five crucial areas with a dedicated team of 60 talented members. My responsibilities span diverse domains, including managing mobile app development teams, API factory, steering the APIGEE migration, overseeing the GEMS department, and guiding the BNE initiative. With a holistic approach to project management, I ensure seamless coordination and collaboration across these vital sectors, driving the project's success and delivering impactful results.

At Bancanet Empresarial, my responsibilities entail meticulously reviewing new requirements, conducting comprehensive architectural system evaluations, and delivering optimal solutions. I operate in alignment with strategic guidelines and established architecture standards, ensuring that each proposed solution seamlessly integrates with the organization's overarching objectives. My role also involves close collaboration with project management and development teams, fostering synergy to bring innovative solutions to life. As a Tech Lead at CitiBanamex, I lead a team of 12 dedicated members. My role revolves around the end-to-end delivery of a critical module known as COPS (Centralized Offer Pallet System). This module is a testament to its complexity, being one of the most intricate systems ever built at the bank. Its intricacies arise from its unique design, intended to serve the Internet, mobile, and ATM platforms seamlessly. The entire application is highly configurable to align with the ever-evolving business needs. Its primary objective is to host new offers for customers and facilitate their seamless access through the application, making it a cornerstone of innovation and customer satisfaction.

As a Full Stack Developer on the Payment and Transfer module of CBOL, I played a vital role in enabling CitiBank customers to pay bills and transfer money between accounts. This module was essential as it served as a common code base for 14 different countries, making each development activity critical and subject to rigorous validation.
